We source the vehicles, register, insure and service them. You pay one monthly fee.
Since 2013 AKS Fleet Solution has leased new passenger and light commercial vehicles to companies for 36 or 48 months.We handle registration, insurance, servicing, tyres and damage,
and you see deadlines and appointments in the My AFS Car app.
What is included in
the monthly fee?
One team runs everything listed here, and we provide other services, outside the monthly fee, on request.
Registration and insurance
The vehicle arrives registered and insured against third party liability. Registration lasts 12 months, and we prepare the renewal and the new policy for you.
Vehicle servicing
Regular and extraordinary servicing is in the lease price, and you book it in the app. The interval is once a year or every 15,000 to 20,000 km, by model.
Tyres
Supply, storage and seasonal changes of tyres are ours. Tell us 10 to 15 days before the change and we book a time that suits you, so you never wait in a queue.
Damage and accidents
Report the damage to us first, and call the police if it was an accident. We handle the insurer and the repairer, and arrange the tow to a workshop on the spot.
Fleet monitoring
Fleet monitoring and optimisation advice are included in the package price. You see every vehicle, appointment and deadline in the My AFS Car app, at any time.

In the app you see all company vehicles at any time, book servicing and tyre changes and follow insurance expiry and renewal.
Since 15 October 2019 the app is the main way to book servicing
and tyre changes and to report damage events.
Who are we
and what do we do?
AKS Fleet Solution d.o.o. was founded on 11 July 2013 and is a member of the OMR Group. Our core business is full fleet management, which covers long-term lease of new passenger and light commercial vehicles and a complete fleet management service to the client's needs.
We are an associate member of the Leasing Companies Association of Serbia and a technical partner of DEKRA, which independently appraises damage, condition and market value, with the option of an opinion from licensed court experts.

The contract runs for 36 or 48 months. At the end you return the vehicle or renew with a new one.
The contract has no buyout. Vehicles returned after a lease are sold as used, with an independent DEKRA appraisal.
Call us and the police if it is an accident. We handle the claim with the insurer, and the steps are on the Damage and accidents page.
